On May 25, 2007, in recognition of National Missing Children’s Day, The Safe Side, in partnership with TLA, donated copies of its award-winning DVDs, Stranger Safety and Internet Safety, to each of Texas’ 865 public libraries.

On January 29, 2007, The Safe Side, in partnership with TASA, donated a Stranger Safety School Resource Kit to each of Texas' 1,037 independent school districts. The Kit, which is correlated to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, was developed to help educators and families teach basic safety concepts to K-2 children.
